IT Support Intern

We are seeking a reliable IT Support Intern to handle client queries, provide technical assistance over calls and chats, troubleshoot issues, and ensure clients receive timely and effective support for smooth system usage.

What You'll Do

  • Handle client queries via calls, chats, and support channels
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Guide clients in using company software and features
  • Escalate complex issues to technical teams when needed
